R-WW-R (RAWWAR)

R-WW-R (RAWWAR) began as a long-distance e-mail exchange from NYC to Zug, Switzerland with friend and collaborator Simone Niquille discussing alternative modes of production and the idea of the Uniform. We created a unisex collection that emerged out of personal urgency and desired functionality entitled Sh@rewe@r. The Sh@rewe@r collection consisted of a unisex outfit and a collection of Perfornaments, and was circulated through friends without monetary exchange. We asked each wearer to share their experience on social media creating a web-based collection on our site. The collection video was filmed through live CCTV in New York City. We presented the collection in Spring of 2013 at DePunt Gallery (Amsterdam, NL) and Faena Arts Center (Buenos Aires, AR)
